目的探讨三种交叉配血方法在新生儿输血中的应用。方法运用三种交叉配血方法同时对215例新生儿血液标本进行同型交叉配血,常规检测不规则抗体、直接抗人球蛋白试验,不规则抗体阳性者进一步做抗体特异性鉴定。结果盐水法有18例配血不合,凝聚胺法有3例配血不合,微柱凝胶抗人球蛋白法有76例配血不合。结论微柱凝胶抗人球蛋白法更适合于新生儿输血前的交叉配血检测以及不规则抗体筛查。
Objective To investigate the application of three cross-matching methods in neonatal blood transfusion. Methods Three kinds of crossover blood tests were used to test the identity of blood samples from 215 newborn infants at the same time with the same-type cross-matching blood, routine test of irregular antibody and direct anti-human globulin test, and irregular antibody positive. Results There were 18 cases in the saline method with incompatible blood, 3 cases in the polybrene method with incompatible blood and 76 cases in the micro-column gel anti-human globulin method with incompatible blood. Conclusion The microcolumn gel anti-human globulin method is more suitable for the cross-matching blood test and irregular antibody screening before neonatal transfusion.
