教师观念研究是目前课程改革领域中一个新兴的研究领域。教师观念指教师在教学情境与教学历程中形成的、涵盖了教师的教学实践经验与生活经验的观点体系[1]。教师个人教育观念直接影响着教师对教育问题的判断,并进而影响其教育行为,从而也最终决定了教师的教育实践的效果[2]。教师观念的更新,已经成为教师理解和执行新课标的核心问题[3]。
Teachers’ concept research is an emerging research field in the field of curriculum reform. Teachers ’conception refers to the teacher formed in the teaching situation and teaching process, covering the teachers’ teaching experience and life experience viewpoint system [1]. The concept of teacher’s personal education directly affects teachers’ judgments on educational issues, which in turn affect their educational behavior, which ultimately determines the effect of teacher’s educational practice [2]. The renewal of teacher’s concept has become the core issue for teachers to understand and implement the new curriculum standard [3].
