本文主要叙述了波兰煤矿使用的两种类型皮带运输机的设计及性能。通过对运输机发生故障的分析,介绍了一些可靠性指标的试验结果。皮带运输机是井下运输煤炭的基本设备,井下不仅有皮带运输机组成的连续式运输系统,即:由采区顺槽皮带运输机和从各采区煤仓到井底煤仓间的运输大巷主皮带运输机组成的运输系统;还有把采煤工作面的煤运到采区煤仓,再由矿车运到竖井井底煤仓的混合式运输系统。
This article describes the design and performance of two types of belt conveyors used in Polish coal mines. By analyzing the failure of the transporter, some test results of reliability index are introduced. Belt conveyor is the basic equipment for transporting coal underground, not only underground conveyor belt consisting of continuous conveyor system, namely: the mining area along the slot belt conveyor and coal from the mining area to the bottom of the bunker between the main transport belt lane Transport system consisting of transport; as well as the coal face coal transported to the coal mining area, and then transported by the shaft to the shaft shaft coal bunker hybrid transport system.
