人力资本已经成为企业竞争优势的源泉,但是过分地依赖个人,给企业的内部管理和外部竞争带来了不少困难。本文分析了人力资本向组织资本转化的重要性和可行性,基于知识的螺旋模型缺陷,提出了人力资本和组织资本的互动模型。模型中把组织资本区分为信息类、流程类和文化类。不同类型的组织资本在人力资本转移中的作用和增长的形式是各异的。
Human capital has become a source of competitive advantage for enterprises. However, relying too much on individuals poses a lot of difficulties for the internal management and external competition of enterprises. This paper analyzes the importance and feasibility of transforming human capital into organizational capital. Based on the deficiency of the spiral model of knowledge, this paper proposes an interactive model of human capital and organizational capital. The model divides organizational capital into information, process and culture. Different types of organizational capital in the transfer of human capital role and growth in different forms.
