推土机的电子监测监控系统可实现对推土机的发动机、传动系统、制动系统、液压系统以及整机的运行状态进行监测监控,并自动判断相应部位被测量出现的异常现象,采用不同方式进行报警。 一、推土机电子监测监控系统的构成 推土机电子监测监控系统采用超小型可编程序逻辑控制器(PLC)作为中心控制单元,配以高精度、抗干扰的互补金属氧化物半导体(CMOS)输入/输出电路和高精度传感器,组成一个高可靠性的智能化系统(图1)。
