管理是一门学科,它是结合人力与物力来达到企业组织的目标,以求生存与发展的手段。一个现代组织,只有充分利用好人、财、物的作用,才能具备参与市场竞争的能力和资格,从而立足市场,永久地处于不败之地。回顾我公司发展走过的历程,在不同的时期,为了达到同一个目标,采用过多种企业内部管理模式,在不同程度上获得了一定的成效。但在目前市场经济条件下,不同于计划经济条件下的企业管理,在本质和内容上都发生了重大变化,原有的一些管理程序已跟不上时代发展的步伐、如建设工程项目的来
Management is a discipline. It is a means of combining human and material resources to achieve the goals of business organizations in order to survive and develop. A modern organization can only have full use of the role of people, finances, and materials in order to have the ability and qualifications to participate in market competition, so as to gain a firm foothold in the market and be permanently invincible. Looking back at the history of the development of our company, in different periods, in order to achieve the same goal, we adopted a variety of internal management models and achieved certain results in varying degrees. However, under the present market economy conditions, different from the enterprise management under the planned economy, major changes have taken place in the nature and content. Some of the original management procedures have not kept pace with the development of the times, such as the construction projects.
