老年人多有便秘者。我就曾有几十年的习惯性便秘史。近年获得气功通便三方,十分简单,却极为有效。现在献给各位老年朋友,以解便秘之苦,以防因便秘而形成其它疾患。 一、拇指通便功。两腿向左右跨大步,身体下蹲,两手置于身前左右,掌心朝下,双目轻闭,心静如神,眼漏一线之光。左右手两个大拇指缓缓转动36下,然后将双手搓热,两掌心分别置于肚脐两侧的“天枢穴”上,轻轻按摩36下。同时,大脑输入特定的良性意念:“胃肠在蠕动,大肠中水份增多,大便变软,大便通畅!我每天早上9点钟大便!今日(明天)大便一定非常顺利!”脑海中立刻闪出大便通畅的图像。每日早、午、晚3次。
