生命化课堂,要求我们的课堂教学必须遵循学生认知发展规律,遵循课堂教学自身发展的客观规律,通过对学生个体及其生活状态的关注,充分释放生命个体的活力,提升每一个生命的价值赋予课堂教学以生命的意义,同时可以焕发教师的职业生命力,师生的生命在教学互动、共同协作中不断成长。只有这样,才能让我们的课堂焕发出师生生命活力,让课堂教学为学生的终身发展与幸福奠基,让课堂成为提升师生的生命质量的舞台,让课堂成为师生问能享受未来常回味的美好生命历程。笔者鉴于教育教学经验,从信任与尊重、赞扬与鼓励、幽默和风趣三个方面阐述物理教师的幸福追求——生命化课堂。
