本文研究非对称加热情况下楔形蜂窝板的稳定温度场。以R·T·Swann[1]的蜂窝板稳定温度场理论为基础,对不同厚度和直径的蜂窝板进行热传导试验,并根据试验测得的结果,推导出楔形蜂窝板稳定温度场的计算公式。 本试验通过红外线幅射加热和水冷却来保持蜂窝结构非对称稳定温度场,用EA微型热电偶测定楔形蜂窝板的稳定温度场和有效热阻。
This paper studies the steady temperature field of wedge-shaped honeycomb panels under asymmetric heating conditions. Based on the theory of steady temperature field of the honeycomb panel of R.T. Swann [1], the heat conduction test of the honeycomb panel with different thickness and diameter was carried out. Based on the measured results, the calculation formula of the stable temperature field of the wedge honeycomb panel . In this experiment, the asymmetric stable temperature field of the honeycomb structure was maintained by infrared radiation heating and water cooling. The steady temperature field and the effective thermal resistance of the wedge-shaped honeycomb plate were measured by the EA miniature thermocouple.
