本研究应用 D—氨基半乳糖(D—GLaN)诱发大鼠急性肝损害动物模型,动态观察血浆肿瘤坏死因子(Tumor Nectosis Faxtor,TNF,x_1)、血清 F 蛋白(F—prorein,FP,x_2)、总胆红素(SB,x_3)以及凝血酶原时间(PT,x_4)和谷丙转氨酶(ALT,x_5)五项指标,简称“x 五因子”。同时行肝组织病理学检查,该检查结果经图象数字转换仪定量化,以表示急性肝损害程度(y)。将 x 五因子含量与急性肝损害程度进行多元线性相关及回归分析并求出回归方程,y=50.89-0.111x_1+0.081x_2+0.820x_3-0.013x_5。结果:x 五因子含量与急性肝损害程度呈明显的正相关(r=0.9690)。通过回归方程可选出评价急性肝损害的最优指标。
In this study, D-galactosamine (D-GLaN) -induced acute hepatic injury was induced in animal models of acute liver injury. Tumor necrosis factor (TNF), tumor necrosis factor (TNF) , Total bilirubin (SB, x_3) and prothrombin time (PT, x_4) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT, x_5) five indicators, referred to as “x five factors.” At the same time, liver histopathology was performed. The test results were quantified by an image digitizer to indicate the degree of acute liver injury (y). Multiple linear regression and regression analysis of the five factors and acute liver injury were performed and the regression equation was obtained. Y = 50.89-0.111x_1 + 0.081x_2 + 0.820x_3-0.013x_5. Results: There was a significant positive correlation between the five factors and acute liver injury (r = 0.9690). The regression equation can be selected to evaluate the best indicators of acute liver injury.
