在宏观统计探伤合格率的基础上,通过对探伤钢板试样的低倍、微观组织和能谱成分等试验结果进行分析,发现影响该厂中厚板探伤不合格的主要原因为严重的中心偏析和钢中氢共同作用在钢板心部产生的微裂纹。通过采取降低钢中氢含量、减轻铸坯中心偏析、分规格分钢种优化生产组织与工艺流程等措施,钢板探伤合格率得到显著提高,25 mm及以上厚度钢板探伤合格率由88.61%提高到96.27%,薄规格钢板由97.08%提高到98.44%。
Based on the macroscopic statistical testing pass rate, through analyzing the test results of low magnification, microstructure and energy spectrum of the steel plate samples, it is found that the main reason which affects the unqualified plate inspection of the plant is serious center segregation And the steel hydrogen in the heart of the micro-cracks generated. By taking measures to reduce the hydrogen content in the steel, reduce the center segregation of the slab, optimize the production organization and technological process of the steel grades, the pass rate of steel plate testing has been significantly improved. The pass rate of steel plate testing of 25 mm and above increased from 88.61% to 96.27%, thin gauge steel increased from 97.08% to 98.44%.
