目的:探讨和评价了X刀治疗木前颅内病灶CT定位的方法和价值。材料与方法:对60例颅内病灶,包括腔质瘤10例、转移瘤15例、动静脉畸形6例、鼻因癌颅内侵犯5例 垂体瘤4例、脑膜瘤4例、颞叶癫痫10例及其他占位病变6例,进行了X刀治疗术前的CT定位扫描及病灶的确定。结果:颅内病灶直径大小从5mm至45mm不等,病灶中心CT检出率达100%,90%(54/60)的病灶或靶点轮廓获清楚确定。结论:颅内病灶X刀治疗术前应用CT定位可作为首选的方法。
Objective: To discuss and evaluate the method and value of X-knife in treating CT lesions of anterior-intracranial lesions. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Sixty cases of intracranial lesions including 10 cases of luminal tumors, 15 cases of metastases, 6 cases of arteriovenous malformations, 4 cases of nasal carcinoma caused by intracranial invasion in 5 cases, 4 cases of meningioma, 4 cases of temporal lobe epilepsy 10 cases and other lesions in 6 cases, carried out X-knife CT scan before surgery and lesions were identified. Results: The diameter of intracranial lesions ranged from 5mm to 45mm, the detection rate of focal CT was 100%, and the outline of 90% (54/60) lesions or targets was clearly identified. Conclusion: X-knife treatment of intracranial lesions before surgery using CT positioning can be used as the preferred method.
