从孔子定义的四种学习境界、三个典范人物的行为特征,以及《论语》中孔子师生的其他论述进行系统性分析,可以看到,孔子眼中的“好学”指治学者立志成为君子、谋求礼治仁政之道而表现出的对学问与德性的热爱和追求,态度上表现为真心爱学、恒久乐学、刻苦勤敏、谦虚老实,行为上体现在学、问、思、辨、行紧密结合、深钻细研、融会贯通、活学活用,还要不断反思、总结。在现代社会道德迷失的背景下,要积极利用孔子“好学”的积极因素,在学校教育中强调培养学生志向高远、以德为基、克服困难、乐学善学的态度和品质。
