新课程教学理念一直致力于学生个性学习能力的培养的研究,要求我们在数学课堂教学中,坚决以学生为主体,进行充分自主探索学习,发展学生学习潜能,引导他们诱思数学问题,展示探究、反思、归纳才华,使学生充满个性学习,尽量给学生拥有表现自我的空间、展示才能的空间舞台,让学生去获得个性发展的平台,这样的课堂会达到则样的精彩,就会因此焕发出开拓创新的活力和色彩。作为我们教师应进行个性化教学,去个性化引导、启发学生去个性化学习,使课堂教学呈现出一片很好的个性化的蓝天。下面,结合本人多年数学教学实践经验,提出几点对《有效运用手段,激发个性学习》的肤浅认识,以求教于各位专家和同仁。
