目的:观察肢体缺血预处理(IPC)对心脏缺血/再灌注(I/R)损伤的影响。方法:对家兔股动脉反复(4次)短暂(5min)夹闭与开放进行IPC,然后复制在体心脏I/R模型,观察肢体IPC对于后续长期I/R损伤所致心肌细胞乳酸脱氢酸(LDH)漏出和心肌梗死面积的影响,并与相应的心脏IPC组进行比较。结果:肢体缺血预处理明显缩小心肌梗死面积,减少心肌组织乳酸脱氢酶漏出(P<0.01),与心脏IPC组之间差异无统计学意义。结论:肢体缺血预处理对I/R的心脏具有保护作用,其保护程度与心脏IPC的保护作用相近。
Objective: To observe the effect of limb ischemic preconditioning (IPC) on myocardial ischemia / reperfusion (I / R) injury.
