危机管理课程是公安院校的核心课程,但目前教学中存在着教学方式单一,理论阐述偏多等问题。以河南警察学院危机管理课程为研究对象,引入“问题导向”模式进行教学改革,从教学目标设计、教学环节设计和完善课程考核及评价机制三方面落实“问题导向”理念。问卷调查表明,学生创新思维、自主学习、团队合作等能力得到提升,对课程改革认可度高。
The course of crisis management is the core course of public security colleges and universities. However, there are some problems in teaching such as single teaching mode and too many theoretical explanations. Taking the Crisis Management Course of Henan Police College as the research object, this paper introduces “Problem-oriented” mode to carry out the teaching reform and implements the “Problem-oriented” concept from three aspects: teaching goal design, teaching design and improvement of curriculum assessment and evaluation mechanism. The questionnaire survey shows that students’ abilities of innovative thinking, autonomous learning and teamwork are improved, and their recognition of curriculum reform is high.
