本文介绍了圆柱形制品的热处理质量的超声波检测方法。对不同轨迹的超声波波束的传播延迟进行了分析。针对被检测对象上不同位置的传感器,为了评估测量误差,得出了数学公式。比较了用超声波法和洛氏硬度法测出的硬度值。
This article describes the quality of the heat treatment cylindrical ultrasonic testing method. The propagation delay of ultrasonic beams with different trajectories was analyzed. For the sensors in different positions on the object to be tested, in order to evaluate the measurement error, a mathematical formula is obtained. The hardness values measured by ultrasonic method and Rockwell hardness method are compared.
