本文采用天然石+天然砂、铁矿石+铁矿砂两种骨料组合,以0.21、0.26、0.31、0.45四个水胶比配制混凝土,进行抗压试验和抗冲磨试验。通过试验结果分析得出:随着水胶比的减小,混凝土的抗压强度、抗冲磨性能逐步提高。但当水胶比W/C≤0.31时,进一步降低水胶比对于混凝土抗冲磨性能的提高不够明显。因此,在实际工程中,应控制其水胶比在较小范围内,但当水胶比已经控制在较小的情况下,不必刻意追求更低的水胶比。同时还发现,当W/C≤0.31时,水胶比对不同骨料种类混凝土的抗压强度、抗冲磨性能的影响不尽相同,骨料种类对混凝土的性能有一定的影响。
In this paper, natural aggregate, natural sand and iron ore + iron ore aggregate were used to make concrete with 0.21,0.26,0.31,0.45 water-cement ratio, and then subjected to compressive strength test and anti-abrasion test. Through the analysis of test results, it is concluded that with the decrease of water-cement ratio, the compressive strength and abrasion resistance of concrete gradually increase. However, when the water-cement ratio W / C≤0.31, it is not enough to further reduce the water-cement ratio for the improvement of anti-abrasion performance of concrete. Therefore, in actual projects, it is necessary to control the water-cement ratio in a relatively small range, but when the water-cement ratio has been controlled in a smaller case, there is no need to deliberately pursue a lower water-cement ratio. At the same time, it is also found that when W / C≤0.31, the influence of water-binder ratio on the compressive strength and abrasion resistance of concrete with different aggregate types is different, and the aggregate types have certain influence on the properties of concrete.
