跨国公司跨文化管理一直是学术界方兴未艾的研究主题,正确理解并客观对待不同文化之间的差异,综合分析和梳理文化差异对跨国公司跨文化管理的影响,对于跨国公司在东道国的运营及发展都具有极为重要的理论意义和现实意义。论文从文化的显性和文化的隐形特征入手,以尊重、信任和宽容为基础,提出了跨文化有效管理的RST分析模式。首先分析了跨国公司跨文化冲突与管理过程;其次,以尊重、信任和宽容为基本要素构建了跨文化有效管理的模式,并在此基础上提出了跨文化有效管理的途径。
Cross-cultural management of transnational corporations has always been the subject of academic research in the ascendant. Correctly understanding and objectively treating the differences among different cultures, comprehensively analyzing and combing the impact of cultural differences on the cross-cultural management of transnational corporations, the transnational corporations’ operation and development in host countries All have extremely important theoretical and practical significance. Beginning with the cultural explicitness and invisible features of the culture, the thesis puts forward the RST analysis mode of cross-cultural effective management based on respect, trust and tolerance. Firstly, it analyzes the cross-cultural conflict and management process of MNCs. Secondly, it builds a model of cross-cultural effective management based on the basic elements of respect, trust and tolerance. Based on this, it puts forward a cross-cultural and effective management approach.
