随着课程改革的不断深入,教师的教学观念不断更新,并促使学生的学习方式由单一性向多样化转变,教学效益和学生的综合素质有了显著提高。然而,在自主、合作、探究等新型学习方式逐步由观念变为行动的过程中,也出现了浮躁、盲从和形式主义的倾向,教师的“主导”作用被弱化、回避,甚至取代。在新课程实施过程中,既要突出学生的主体地位,也要发挥教师的主导作用。学生学习方式的转变,不仅不能弱化教师的作用,而且对教师的观念、能力和责任提出了更高的要求。
With the deepening of curriculum reform, teachers ’teaching concepts are continuously updated, and students’ learning styles are changed from unity to diversity. Teaching effectiveness and overall quality of students have been significantly improved. However, in the course of gradual change from concept to action of new learning methods such as autonomy, cooperation and inquiry, there has also been a tendency of impetuousness, blind obedience and formalism. Teachers’ “dominant” role has been weakened, avoided or even replaced. In the process of implementing the new curriculum, it is necessary to highlight the dominant position of students, but also to play a leading role of teachers. The change of students ’learning styles not only can not weaken the role of teachers, but also puts forward higher requirements on teachers’ concepts, abilities and responsibilities.
