随着新电改进程不断加速,传统电力企业在日常经营发展过程中需要面对更加严酷的市场竞争。企业发展过程中自身培育起来的人才具有鲜明的不可复制性,成为企业制胜的法宝。如何开发和培养人才,充分发挥他们的积极作用,是目前传统发电企业的当务之急。笔者就传统电力企业职工培训方面的现状入手,对培训工作中存在的问题进行分析,并提出了相应的解决措施。
With the continuous acceleration of the new power improvement process, traditional power companies need to face more severe market competition in the daily business development process. In the process of enterprise development, the talents cultivated by itself have a clear irreproducibility and become a magic weapon for enterprises to win. How to develop and cultivate talents and give full play to their positive role is the current top priority for traditional power generation companies. The author started with the status quo of the traditional electric power enterprise employee training, analyzed the problems existing in the training work, and proposed corresponding solutions.
