1、问题的提出2013年,上海市推出了小学一、二年级学生学业评价实行等第制的举措,强调教师应淡化分数,更多地关注学生的综合发展,把评价建立在课程标准的基础之上,依据课程标准和学生年龄特征,合理设计评价目标、评价内容与评价方式。在此基础上,2016年,上海市又近一步公布了全面推行小学等第制的评价机制,愈加突出了评价对于学习的促进作用,同时也对学生学业评价提出了更高的要求。
1) Proposal of the Question In 2013, Shanghai introduced the measures for the implementation of the first grade and the second grade for students’ academic evaluation, emphasizing that teachers should dilute their scores and pay more attention to the comprehensive development of students. The evaluation should be based on the standard of the curriculum On the basis of curriculum standards and student age characteristics, reasonable design evaluation objectives, evaluation content and evaluation methods. On this basis, in 2016, Shanghai Municipality recently announced the evaluation mechanism for the comprehensive implementation of primary education system, which further emphasized the promotion effect of evaluation on learning and set higher requirements for students’ academic evaluation.
