泡桐属树木在土壤水分胁迫下,复水可以降低膜脂肪酸饱和度,土壤水势从-2.0×105Pa提高到-5.0×104Pa,使叶片膜脂肪酸饱和度降低了2.04%。敏感品种(南方泡桐,台湾泡桐)脂肪酸饱和度比耐旱品种(兰考泡桐,楸叶泡桐)低7.74%,且油酸和硬脂酸含量存在较大差异。脂肪酸饱和度(DSFA)与叶片持水力成正相关,与电解质外渗率和水分饱和亏缺成负相关
Under the condition of soil water stress, rehydration of paulownia trees could reduce the membrane fatty acid saturation, and the soil water potential increased from -2.0 × 105Pa to -5.0 × 104Pa, which decreased the fatty acid saturation of leaf membrane by 2.04%. The fatty acid saturations of the susceptible cultivars (S. paulownis and P. pakistani) were 7.74% lower than that of the drought-tolerant cultivars (Paulownia pampostae L. and Paulownia papeo), and the contents of oleic acid and stearic acid were significantly different. There was a positive correlation between fatty acid saturation (DSFA) and leaf water holding capacity and a negative correlation with electrolyte leakage rate and water saturation deficit
