义务教育课程标准实验教材小学第一至三册(1-2年级、3-4年级、5-6年级)《小学体育教师教学用书》是根据教育部制订的《全日制义务教育普通高级中学体育(1～6年级)体育与健康(7～12年级)课程标准(实验稿)》(以下简称《课程标准》)编写的一套课程标准实验教材。本套教材由课程教材研究所体育课程教材研究开发中心编著、由人民教育出版社出版,目前在全国20余个省市进行实验。根据教育部的指示与决定,小学体育课程只编写供教师使用的体育教师教学用书,不编写小学生体育课本。如何根据《课程标准》的精神编写小学体育教师教学用书,使小学体育教师既能够比较准确地理解新的《课程标准》,又能够创造性地进行小学体育教学,就必须以实验教材为中介,全面、准确地反映《课程标准》的目标要求和改革的精神。这里将人教版《课程标准》实验教材《小学体育教师教学用书》第一、二、三册的编写思路作一介绍。
