1 概述 随着国家宏观调控政策的出台,目前全国各地房地产热已降温。建设部要求各地房地产开发公司要加强对普通住宅的开发和建设。这就要求开发单位进一步重视对普通住宅的研究,使建造的商品房既质优又价廉,同时,要迎合普通居民对新居进行室内二次装修的消费心理,对所建住宅提倡实行“毛坯”服务,即对住宅户门以内的墙面和地面一般只做粗装修,住户或开发公司可根据居民个人爱好、要求、经济实力等因素,进行二次装修。这样,既可以满足居民对室内装饰的要求,减少不必要的浪费,又可以节约开发建设资金。
1 Overview With the introduction of the national macro-control policy, the real estate heat has been cooling across the country. At the same time, it must cater to the general public’s consumer psychology of indoor decoration for new homes, and promotes the implementation of “bread” for the built houses. The service, that is, only the rough decoration is usually done on the walls and floors within the residential house, and the household or development company may carry out the second decoration according to the personal preferences, requirements, and economic strength of the residents. In this way, residents can meet the requirements of interior decoration, reduce unnecessary waste, and save development and construction funds.
