According to the United States, “Men’s Health” magazine reported that Israeli researchers found that the daily intake of essential carbohydrates more weight-loss effect. Scientists at Hibernia University enrolled 78 volunteers as research subjects and divided them into two groups. The first group consumed most of the carbohydrate at night and the second group consumed it during the day. The results showed that the first group lost 27% more weight than the second group, and nighttime intake of carbohydrates reduced their hunger by 13.7% relative to the initial study.
