湖北省荆门市,现有126家国有大中型企业,在推行厂务公开工作中,80%以上的企业达到了有公开栏、举报箱、举报电话、机关示意图、工作牌的要求;85%以上的企业开展了民主评议干部活动;95%以上的企业落实了业务招待费向职代会报告等3项制度.他们的主要做法是:一、紧紧围绕企业的改革、改组、改造抓公开,使厂务公开成为平抑干部职工心理震荡的“调节器”,推进建立现代企业制度的步伐.
