“Equality before the truth” is the principle of knowing. “Minority obeying the majority” is the organizing principle. The truth theory of Marxist philosophy is the common theoretical basis of these two principles. So, basically, these two principles are the same. However, in real life, these two principles are often contradicted. Correctly handling the contradictory relations between these two principles is the basic premise for the correct decision-making by the leader. The truth theory of Marxist philosophy holds that truth is the correct reflection of the essence and law of objective things in people's consciousness. Starting from such a basic principle of knowing truth, we must come to the conclusion that “everyone is equal before the truth,” that is, no matter what the nature and laws of objective things are, and whether the understanding is proved by practical tests, People are equal.
