教育是抵达学生心灵的事业,应是纯净、质朴和顺应天性的,教育让每个生命在快乐中成长,幸福中拔节。我认为在聋校数学课堂,教学应彰显生态化。在长期教学实践与探究中,我们深感教学生态化能让聋数课堂演绎精彩、生成美好、促进高效,而达成的关键就是教师教学理念、手段和机理生态化。一、理念生态化——滋润课堂1.尊重学生,课堂洋溢民主氛围。师爱是尊重学生的内核。课堂民主,尊重是前提。在聋校数学课堂,教师要学会爱的转化,把爱心体现在充分尊
