结构在长期的自然环境和使用环境的作用下,其功能必然逐渐减弱,我们结构工程的任务不单要作好建筑物前期的设计工作,还要能科学的评估结构损伤的客观规律和程度,并采取有效的方法保证结构的安全的使用,那么,结构的加固将成为一项重要的工作。可以预见的是21世纪,人类建筑物还会以混凝土结构、钢结构、砌体结构等为主,现阶段我认为我们在结构的加固这方面的研究应该还以此为主要突破方向。
