我国的经济体制改革已进行了十几年。实践证明,现代企业制度是社会主义市场经济条件下企业制度的最佳选择。现代企业制度的分配制度要求体现按劳分配、多劳多得的原则,要合理确定经营者的收入,拉开收入档次。而我国大部分企业在建立现代企业制度的当时,对经营者的收入并没有建立一种合理的机制。随着国有大中型企业改革的深入,要求对企业经营者实行新的分配机制的呼声越来越高。江泽民同志最近再次强调以三个“有利于”为标准,努力寻找能够极大促进生产力发展的公有制实现形式,一切反映社会化生产规律的经营方式和组织形式都可以大胆地利用。对经营者实行年薪制是适应我国现代企业制度需要的
China’s economic system reform has been going on for more than 10 years. Practice has proved that the modern enterprise system is the best choice for the enterprise system under the conditions of the socialist market economy. The distribution system of the modern enterprise system requires the principle of distribution according to work and the principle of more work and more work.
