源于母胎的硫酸去氢表雄酮(DHEA-S)在胎盘中转化成雌激素.妊娠时DHEA-S的代谢清除率上升,患重度子痫病人的代谢清除率明显下降.Mochizuki等应用DHEA-S负荷试验检测胎儿胎盘功能,并发现对晚期妊娠尚有促进宫颈成熟的作用,给宫颈不成熟的孕妇注射DHEA-S为分娩创造理想的条件即使软产道变软并激发分娩发动.本文报道在孕38周后静注DHEA-S对加速宫颈成熟和对产程与分娩的作用.
