根据包钢薄板厂热镀锌锅的结构和操作工艺参数,采用Fluent软件,建立了热镀锌锅的三维模型,在不考虑锌锅锅壁与锅底的厚度和炉鼻以及气刀对锌液流动影响的情况下,对热镀锌锅内锌液的流动进行了计算。模拟结果表明:钢带拉速是锌液运动的主动力,宏观上锌液的速度正比于钢带拉速;钢带宽度影响着锌锅内漩涡的大小和位置,进而影响着锌液的整体流动状态;感应加热器的功率变化只对其附近区域锌液的流动有影响。
According to the structure and operation process parameters of hot-dip galvanizing pot in Baotou Steel Plate Factory, a three-dimensional model of hot-dip galvanizing pot was established by using Fluent software. Without considering the thickness of zinc pot pot and the bottom of the pan, Liquid flow affected the case of hot-dip galvanizing pot of zinc liquid flow was calculated. The simulation results show that the pulling speed of the strip is the driving force of zinc liquid movement and the speed of zinc liquid is proportional to the pulling speed of the steel strip in the macroscopic view. The width of the steel strip affects the size and position of the vortex in the zinc pot, Flow state; Induction heater power changes only affect the flow of liquid zinc near its area.
