The public is increasingly feeling that many health problems require social response, and medical personnel must participate in the development and delivery of these reactions. The task of medical colleges is to use these knowledge, opinions and skills to arm medical students and enable them to perform these new duties. To do this, these items must be included in a very full course, and teachers and students must change their views on it, otherwise it will affect the course effect. The Buffalo response - These questions were presented at the Medical Education Office and the Teachers’ Committee meeting of the Buffalo School of Medicine at the State University of New York. They jointly developed a comprehensive reform strategy. The first step is designated by the head of the department committee
