目的:探讨压缩谱阵(CSA)对于急性脑梗死(ACI)患者脑电的临床应用价值。方法:对观例ACI患者和20例年龄相匹配的正常人的常规脑电图作CSA显示,并观察脑电相对功率,90%谱边缘频率(SEF)和中间频率(MPF)的变化。结果:ACI患者的CSA图形以慢频带话峰突出或为主峰,并以病例为著,过度换气(HV)中有明显变化,同对照组明显不同;δ、θ相对功率患侧极显著地高于健侧与对照组,SEF、MPF则患侧明显慢于健侧与对照组。结论:CSA不仅直观,而且能充分显示ACI患者的脑电图特征,并提供定侧定位的信息。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of compressed spectral array (CSA) in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods: The routine electroencephalogram (EEG) of ACI patients and 20 matched normal subjects were performed CSA. The changes of relative power, 90% spectral edge frequency (SEF) and median frequency (MPF) were observed. Results: The CSA patterns of ACI patients were prominent or mainly peaked in the slow frequency band, with the cases as the most significant changes in hyperventilation (HV), which were significantly different from those in the control group Higher than the contralateral and control group, SEF, MPF was significantly slower than the contralateral and the control group. Conclusion: CSA is not only intuitive, but also can fully display the characteristics of electroencephalography in patients with ACI and provide information on the localization of the side.
