目的为掌握新鲜草莓中总锑含量水平,评价新鲜草莓中锑污染程度,为膳食锑暴露评估提供基础数据。本研究利用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法(HG-AFS)测定新鲜草莓中的总锑含量,并采用重金属单因子污染指数法对不同种类新鲜草莓中总锑含量状况进行评价。结果在26份新鲜草莓中,总锑检出率为53.8%,总锑含量平均数为0.0057mg/kg,中位数为0.0064mg/kg,最小值为未检出(ND),最大值为0.013mg/kg。P5~P95的参考范围为ND~0.013mg/kg。经重金属单因子污染指数法评价,所有新鲜草莓重金属单因子污染指数均小于0.2,表明本次所检新鲜草莓总锑含量处于正常背景值范围内。结果表明所采集的新鲜草莓样品中检出锑,但总锑含量处于正常背景值水平,尚未出现锑污染现象。从食用安全性分析,在所检新鲜草莓样品中总锑含量的中位数均低于PHMSO标准(锑限量值为1.0mg/kg),表明新鲜草莓食用安全。
Objective To understand the content of total antimony in fresh strawberries, evaluate the contamination degree of antimony in fresh strawberries and provide the basic data for evaluating antimony in the diet. In this study, total antimony content in fresh strawberries was determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS), and the total antimony content in different kinds of fresh strawberries was evaluated by the heavy metal one-factor pollution index method. Results Among 26 fresh strawberries, the detection rate of total antimony was 53.8%, the average total antimony content was 0.0057mg / kg, the median was 0.0064mg / kg, the minimum was undetected (ND) and the maximum was 0.013 mg / kg. The reference range for P5 to P95 is ND to 0.013 mg / kg. The heavy metal single factor pollution index method evaluation, all fresh strawberry heavy metal single factor pollution index is less than 0.2, indicating that this inspection of fresh strawberry total antimony content in the normal background value range. The results showed that antimony was detected in the fresh strawberry samples collected, but the total antimony content was at the normal background level, and antimony pollution had not occurred. From the analysis of food safety, the median of total antimony content in the fresh strawberry samples tested was lower than the PHMSO standard (the limit of antimony was 1.0mg / kg), indicating that the fresh strawberry food safety.
