由苏州市人社局、苏州市总工会等几家单位联合举办的2012年度“姑苏高技能突出人才、高技能重点人才”于去年开始评选,选拔和激励了一批优秀高技能领军人才,为提升企业创新能力和核心竞争力提供了人才保障和支持,为推动全市经济转型升级和高技能人才队伍跨越式发展提供了有力支撑。此项评比每年开展一次,计划五年内重点资助200名技能突出人才和2000名技能重点人才。被评上的姑苏高技能人才均可享受五年的政府薪酬
