突出煤层瓦斯抽钻孔施工过程中易发生喷孔现象,一旦喷孔,常常造成打钻巷道风流瓦斯浓度超限,甚至出现喷出煤粉伤人事件。防喷装置是现场防治喷孔事故的主要装备,其中孔口装置是实现防喷的关键部件;提出一种2道毛刷结构的孔口多通防喷装置,通过对喷孔发生时其内部压力场、粉尘运移特性和瓦斯浓度场的分析,结合装置各出口的气体流量特征,探讨了装置的应用效果。结果表明,对于瓦斯压力小于2 MPa的煤层,该装置具有较好的防喷效果。
Outburst coal seam gas pumping borehole prone to spray holes in the process of construction, once the nozzle, drilling often caused by wind gas concentration exceeds the limit, and even the emergence of coal powder wounding incident. The anti-blowout device is the main equipment for prevention and control of the jet hole accident at the scene, in which the orifice device is the key component to realize the anti-blowout. A multi-pass anti-blowout device with two brush structures is proposed, Pressure field, dust migration characteristics and gas concentration field analysis, combined with the gas flow characteristics of the outlet of each device to explore the application of the device. The results show that the device has good anti-spray effect for coal seam with gas pressure less than 2 MPa.
