盐酸大观霉素(Spectinomycini Hydrochloridumpro Injectone)是鲁抗医药(集团)股份有限公司与上海医药工业研究院联合研制生产的国家级新药广谱抗生素。达到我国卫生部部颁标准,被选为国家基本药物。笔者1994年4～10月用于治疗淋病16例,取得满意疗效。 1 临床资料 ①病例选择及症状和诊断:患者,16例,男12例,为急性淋菌性尿道炎;女4例,急性淋菌性阴道炎、宫颈炎。年龄18～53岁,20～40岁者90％,病程2～11d,均有尿急、尿频、尿痛,尿道口红肿,脓性分泌物。分泌物涂片镜检找到淋病双球菌。部分病人接受治疗前曾用泰利必妥、环丙沙星、青霉素等药物治疗无效或效果不佳;②治疗方法,大观霉素
Spectinomycin Hydrochloridumpro Injectone is a new national broad-spectrum antibiotic that is jointly developed and manufactured by Lukang Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry. Ministry of Health to reach the ministerial standards, was selected as the national essential medicines. The author from April to October 1994 for the treatment of gonorrhea in 16 cases, and achieved satisfactory results. 1 clinical data ① case selection and symptoms and diagnosis: patients, 16 patients, 12 males, acute gonococcal urethritis; 4 females, acute gonococcal vaginitis, cervicitis. Age 18 to 53 years, 90% of 20 to 40 years of age, duration of 2 ~ 11d, have urinary urgency, frequent urination, dysuria, urethra swollen, purulent secretions.
