黄河三角洲经济与社会发展研究会成立大会暨首次学术研讨会于1992年1月23日～24日在京召开。会议由山东省政府组织发起,全国人大副委员长费孝通,全国政协副主席钱伟长,国家有关部门和山东省部分领导同志,以及有关专家学者共200多人参加了会议。与会代表就黄河三角洲的总体开发,资源、城市建设、交通运输等分项开发建设及河口治理等问题,发表了各自的看法或研究成果。指出,黄河三角洲的开发,应抓住东北亚地区经济崛起的有
The founding meeting of the Yellow River Delta Economic and Social Development Research Association and the first academic symposium were held in Beijing from January 23 to January 24, 1992. The meeting was initiated by the Shandong Provincial Government. Fei Xiaotong, vice chairman of the NPC, Qian Weichang, vice chairman of the CPPCC National Committee, some leading comrades of the state and some of Shandong Province, and a total of more than 200 experts and scholars attended the conference. The delegates delivered their own views or research findings on such issues as the overall development of the Yellow River Delta, the development of sub-projects on resources, urban construction and transportation, and the management of estuaries.
