本文从理论上分析了采用锭模吹氩对提高镇静钢质量的作用。锭模吹氩工艺有去气,去夹杂物方面的效果,并可以改善钢锭铸态组织,减少皮下气泡,还探讨了锭模吹氩对钢锭化学成分和宏观偏析的影响。
This paper theoretically analyzed the use of ingot mold argon to improve the quality of the steel. The ingot argon blowing process has the effect of degassing and removing inclusions, and can improve the as-cast structure of the ingot and reduce the subcutaneous bubbles. The effects of argon bubbling on the chemical composition and macrosegregation of the ingot are also discussed.
