采用MTT法体外药敏试验,检测了35例神经胶质瘤患者外周血淋巴细胞和肿瘤细胞对15种临床常用化疗药物的敏感性。结果:神经胶质瘤患者外周血淋巴细胞和肿瘤细胞对VM-26和TAX较敏感,对DDP、Me-CCNU、EADM、ADM、MMC、HCPT等敏感,对MTX 、ACR、VP-16、VCR、BLM则不敏感。患者外周血淋巴细胞和肿瘤细胞对上述化疗药物的敏感率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。以上结果提示,肿瘤患者外周血淋巴细胞化疗药敏检测对临床选择化疗药物具有重要参考价值,有可能代替肿瘤细胞药敏检测。
MTT assay was used to detect the sensitivity of peripheral blood lymphocytes and tumor cells in 15 patients with glioma. RESULTS: Peripheral blood lymphocytes and tumor cells in glioma patients were more sensitive to VM-26 and TAX and sensitive to DDP, Me-CCNU, EADM, ADM, MMC, HCPT, etc., to MTX, ACR, VP-16, VCR BLM is not sensitive. There was no significant difference in the sensitivity of peripheral blood lymphocytes and tumor cells to the above-mentioned chemotherapy drugs (P>0.05). The above results suggest that the sensitive detection of peripheral blood lymphocytes in cancer patients has important reference value for the clinical selection of chemotherapy drugs, which may replace the detection of drug sensitivity of tumor cells.
