Objective To compare the tissue concentrations of As2 O3 trans-lingual artery infusion and ear vein infusion. Methods Four rabbits in clean grade were randomly divided into arterial and venous groups. Arterial group was inserted into the common carotid artery through the common carotid artery, and the localization of methylene blue was confirmed. In the vein group, the same concentration of As 2 O 3 was instilled separately. Arterial group in methylene blue positioning side from the tongue to the tongue base direction at 30,6 0,12 0,2 40min tissue, vein group at the same time with the site to save the organization clean container. Gas chromatographic determination of tissue concentration. Results The concentration of As2 O3 in the arterial tissue was significantly higher than that in the vein group. The average arterial concentration was 7.9 μmol / L, and the venous group was 1.42 μmol / L. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion As2 O3 can be infused through Tongue artery to increase the local tissue drug concentration without increasing the overall dosage.
