孔子曰:“学而时习之,温故而知新”。有读书学习,就必然有作业练习。但是长期以来,传统作业被视为“课堂教学的延伸和补充”。作业方法、手段、技术日趋单一,注重作业程式规范统一,强调死记硬背和机械操练。作业评价忽视了对人发展的教育激励功能。这种状况不仅使训练难以到位,也严重影响了教学的效率和质量,抑制了学生的主体意识,忽略了学习能力、实践能力、创新精神的培养。因此,对作业问题进行重新思考,进而设计新的作业形式是非常有必要的。
Confucius said: “When learning to learn it, I will learn the new ”. With reading and studying, there must be homework practice. But for a long time, traditional assignments have been considered as an extension and supplement of classroom teaching. The methods, methods, and techniques of operations are becoming more and more monotonous. They emphasize standardization of operating procedures, and emphasize rote learning and mechanical exercises. Job evaluation ignores the educational incentive function for human development. This situation not only makes training difficult to place, but also seriously affects the efficiency and quality of teaching, inhibits students’ subjective awareness, and neglects the cultivation of learning ability, practical ability, and innovative spirit. Therefore, it is very necessary to rethink work problems and then design new work forms.
