目的 :研究不同剂量 60Co -γ射线照射当归、党参对其有效成分的影响。方法 :用薄层层析法进行定性分析 ,用高效液相色谱法测定当归中的阿魏酸含量 ,用苯酚 -浓硫酸法测定党参中的多糖含量。结果 :60Co -γ射线辐照两种中药材及放置0.5y后有效成分含量无显著变化 ,也不引起其成分的变化。结论 :60Co -γ射线辐照可用于当归、党参的贮藏
Objective: To study the effects of different doses of 60Co-γ-irradiation on the effective components of Angelica sinensis and Codonopsis pilosula. Methods : Qualitative analysis was performed by thin layer chromatography. The content of ferulic acid in Angelica sinensis was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Polysaccharide content in Radix Codonopsis was determined by phenol-concentrated sulfuric acid method. Results : There was no significant change in the content of active ingredients of the two Chinese herbal medicines after being exposed to 60Co-γ-irradiation for 0.5y, nor did they cause changes in their composition. Conclusion : 60Co-γ-ray irradiation can be used for storage of Angelica sinensis and Codonopsis pilosula
