从事科技管理工作和从事科研、临床工作的技术干部一样,都能成为有水平、有前途的人才。最近,兰州军区83名在医院管理工作中作出贡献的科技管理干部,担任了高级专业技术职务。他们中,有从事管理工作三十多年默默奉献的老同志,也有近几年走上管理工作岗位的年富力强的年轻同志,让他们担任高级专业技术职务,对于稳定和进一步加强军区科技管理干部队伍建设,提高专业技术管理水平,促进科技管理工作逐步实现正规化、目标化、科学化,有着重要的意义。兰州军区在加强科技管理干部队伍建设工作中,坚持不懈地从以下几个方面入手开展工作。
