铁水脱硫是在1310℃温度下,喷入预先配制的含40%生石灰、40%氟化钙和20%氧化铝的熔剂粉后完成的。运载气体为氩气。为探求铁水喷铝粉脱硫的最有效的方法,分别作了喷吹熔剂粉之前、同时及之后,往金属熔池中加铝粉的试验。本文讨论了有铝存在时,铁水脱硫的热力学和动力学状态。为研究瞬时性和持久性接触反应的程度,还开发出一种动力学模型,并对瞬时接触反应的物质传递系数作了估算。
Hot metal desulphurization is carried out at a temperature of 1310 ° C by spraying a pre-formulated flux powder containing 40% quicklime, 40% calcium fluoride and 20% alumina. The carrier gas is argon. In order to explore the most effective method for desulfurization of hot metal sprayed aluminum powder, the experiments of adding aluminum powder to the metal bath before, at the same time and after spraying the flux powder, respectively, were conducted. This paper discusses the thermodynamic and kinetic states of molten iron desulfurization in the presence of aluminum. In order to study the extent of transient and persistent contact reactions, a kinetic model was developed and the material transfer coefficient of the transient contact reaction was estimated.
