For more than a decade since the implementation of “Primary Science Curriculum Standards”, the majority of science teachers have realized that independent inquiry is the main way of learning science and that students are the true masters of the classroom. This is also in line with the purpose of experiential learning: by enabling learners to fully participate in the learning process, so that learners truly become the protagonist of the classroom. However, in practical science classrooms, many teachers often neglect the existing experiences of students and break away from the students’ learning foundation, which leads to the entire process of experiential learning being elevated and losing effectiveness.
