目的探讨外伤性脉络膜破裂的治疗效果。方法针对1996年1月～2006年12月我院眼科诊断中发现的12例(12眼)外伤性脉络膜破裂全部采用营养、扩血管、促进积血吸收对症治疗。结果经过6月的随访,1例视力维持不变,11例视力有提高,其中1例由就诊时的数指/30cm提高到1.2。结论脉络膜破裂和出血累及黄斑部是视力下降的主要原因。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of traumatic choroidal rupture. Methods From January 1996 to December 2006, 12 cases (12 eyes) of traumatic choroidal rupture found in the ophthalmologic diagnosis of our hospital were all treated with nutrition and vasodilator to promote the symptomatic treatment of hemorrhage. Results After 6 months’ follow-up, one case had unchanged visual acuity and 11 cases had improved visual acuity. Among them, one case increased from several fingers / 30cm at the time of diagnosis to 1.2. Conclusion Choroidal rupture and hemorrhage involving the macula are the main causes of vision loss.
