“物竞天择,适者生存。”几年来,哈尔滨丰华机械厂重视对各类专业技术人员进行项目开发的继续工程教育,重视对工人进行新理论、新技术、新工艺及新方法的培训工作,使工厂在军品转民品的过渡中,在经济发展大潮的考验中,初步站稳了脚跟。丰华厂拥有雄厚的智力资源。1442人中各类职称的专业技术人员就有558人,大中专以上院校毕业的达603人,工人中有中专以上文化程度的108人。这个厂成立了由厂总工程师为主帅,教育、人事密切配合的成人教育体系,紧跟生产的需要办学,人事部门与教育部门携手并肩,相辅相成。教育处仅3人,但将强兵精,从室内悬挂的各种奖状、锦旗上看,他们把工厂的职工教育在务实的基础上
